Installing and configuring HyperV on Host1

    1.   Installing and configuring HyperV on Host1 (HyperV Server1).

1.      In Server Manager, click Manage and select Add Roles and Features.

2.      Verify the Destination Server on the Before You Begin page and click next to proceed.

3.      On the Installation Type page, select Role-Based Or Feature-Based Installation and click

4.      Next to proceed.

5.      From the Server Selection page, select the server from the Server Pool and then click next.

6.      Select Hyper-V from the Server Roles page and click next.

7.      The Hyper-V Management Tools are automatically selected on the Feature page. Also select features like Failover cluster, Multipath I/O and Remote server administration tool (RSAT)

8.      Click Next to proceed.

9.      At the Create Network Switch page select Ethernet (Normal network card).

10.  Click next and keep the default settings at Virtual Machine Migration section.

11.  On the Default Stores page either you can change the location or click next to select the default.
